Steve L. Carr
Corporate Controller
Steven has worked within the Hotel Industry for over 30 + years. He served as a Corporate Controller in the construction and timeshare industries and as an on-site Controller for full-service hotels. Most recently, Steve has been assisting hotel management companies of all sizes with the set up and roll out of their accounting function and programs.
He joined Avalon in 2026 as the Corporate Controller, and will oversee the financial management and accounting for the hotels in the portfolio, and support any ongoing construction projects.
