Robin Grazioso brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing. A results-driven leader, she’s known for developing strategies that drive top-line revenue, strengthen teams, and inspire long-term growth.
Throughout her career, Robin has worked with some of the industry’s most recognized brands — including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham, LaQuinta, and Choice — giving her deep insight into brand standards, systems, and sales tactics across every segment of the market.
Her leadership has earned her multiple honors, such as Global Sales Manager of the Year, along with numerous Sales Excellence and Leadership awards. Robin has held key roles including Global Sales Director and Regional Director of Sales, where she’s guided high-performing teams and consistently delivered measurable results.

When she’s not leading sales strategies or mentoring teams, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, their children, grandchildren, and four dogs.
