David Caron has spent over 20 years leading hotel operations across full-service, select-service, and resort properties—including complex renovations and asset repositioning efforts.
He joined Avalon as Director of Operations, rising quickly to Vice President of Analytics, Senior VP, and now COO. David brings a sharp analytical lens to operations and a strategic mindset to owner relations, business development, and organizational planning.
