Vice President of Food & Beverage

Barry Goldberg is a seasoned F&B executive with deep roots in hospitality. His career spans decades of leadership across restaurants, lounges, and hotel-integrated venues in diverse markets nationwide.

Before joining Avalon, Barry served as VP of Operations, Joint Venture Partner, and Owner-Operator in various hospitality ventures. He’s successfully launched new restaurants, led renovation openings, and managed multi-outlet operations with a focus on driving both guest satisfaction and financial performance.

At Avalon, Barry leads all Food & Beverage operations—guiding strategy, driving innovation, and executing with precision. His mission: to exceed sales targets, boost profitability, and bring smart, scalable concepts to life.
