Adrian Valencia brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in hotel management, construction, and facilities oversight. With a background that includes General Manager roles at 10 full-service hotels, he’s a powerhouse in both operations and capital projects.

At Avalon, Adrian leads all renovation and construction initiatives—from budgeting and design approval to brand compliance and on-site supervision. His work also champions energy sustainability, earning multiple certifications under the California Green Lodging Program.

Known for his practical leadership and detail-oriented approach, Adrian ensures that every project aligns with operational goals and long-term ROI.
