Michael Goldstein brings over 35 years of leadership in income property management, with deep expertise in hotels, restaurants, multifamily, commercial assets, and HOAs. He’s played a pivotal role in hotel development, franchise negotiations, brokerage, and turnarounds for distressed properties.
Before founding Avalon, Michael led task force efforts for institutional lenders, repositioning underperforming assets nationwide. His portfolio experience spans every major flag—Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Starwood, Choice, Wyndham, and more.
Today, he drives Avalon’s growth strategy, real estate services, and consulting division while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day management of every property.
