Jarel Wisinski is a senior hospitality operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading hotel, food & beverage, and guest services operations across U.S. markets. He brings a strategic, people-centered leadership approach with a proven ability to scale operations, improve profitability, and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Jarel has overseen portfolios ranging from select-service to full-service and resort properties, managing up to 20 hotels simultaneously. His work included hotel onboarding and brand conversions, operational standardization, financial optimization, and leadership development.
Known for driving results through technology, training, and process improvement, Jarel has successfully implemented systems that increased employee engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a key role in administering relief funding and loan forgiveness, helping ensure continued financial stability.
Jarel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Operational Management from Clemson University and is actively engaged with multiple non-profit volunteer organizations
